Property Manager

David was born and raised in Bath. After finishing school David trained as a School Teacher at The College of St Mark & St John Plymouth, before teaching in comprehensive schools in Bristol and Bath. After leaving teaching David worked in property management for J.C. Elliott-Newman before joining Bath Property Letting.

Bath Property Letting is a subsidiary of Bath Building Society and David has managed the subsidiary since joining in April 2000 and has overseen the acquisition of a number of other letting agencies, making Bath Property Letting one of the larger organisations in the city.

Nathalie stared working at BPL in March 2008, after working as a CeMAP qualified Mortgage and Protection Adviser. She is responsible for introducing a range of sales and marketing initiatives, developing new landlord enquiries and undertaking property valuations, together with maintaining existing client relationships, whilst managing the team of negotiators.

Nathalie was born in Brussels and grew up in San Francisco before moving to Bath. She studied Zoology and Evolutionary Psychology at the University of Liverpool.

Jackie Sawyer

Jackie started working with BPL in July 2008, after having worked in the mortgage department of Bath Building Society since 1999. Jackie has found this to be an enjoyable change of role. She is one of the Administrators at BPL. Apart from dealing with every day enquiries from the public, tenants and landlords she also ensures that invoices for landlords, tenants and contractors are processed accordingly. Jackie also liaises with managements companies, arranging for all fire inspections to be carried out.

Originally from Co. Westmeath in Eire, Jackie has lived in the Bath area since her marriage over 40 years ago.

Originally from Poole in Dorset, Kelvin moved to Peasedown St. John near Bath over 20 years ago. Kelvin worked in financial services for 27 years, he also worked with young offenders for 18 months, before reverting to office jobs in the transport and the welding industry.

Kelvin stared working at BPL in May 2015 and is one of the Administrators. His principal job is to deal with maintenance issues raised by tenants (appointing contractors, chasing progress, ensuring resolution and updating the BPL property database). Kelvin also arranges for the annual safety checks to be carried out.

Clemmie started working at Bath Property Letting in December 2014. Her day to day jobs include viewings, applications, quarterly inspections, vacates and marketing which include the website, advertising properties and social media.

She is originally from Kingston in Surrey and moved to Bath 10 years ago. She has previously worked in marketing and distribution.

Joe was born and raised in Bath. After finishing school Joe has done some travelling and has worked in finance, motor and construction industries in and around Bristol and Bath, he also has 3 years Lettings Negotiator’s experience.

Joe started working at Bath Property Letting in January 2015 and his principal jobs are to carry out accompanied viewings, quarterly inspections, checking tenants in and inspecting properties after tenants have moved out. Joe also draws up tenancy agreements and assists with enquiries from prospective tenants.

Sandra has lived in the Somerset area all her life and started working at Bath Property Letting in July 2009, after working as an Estate agent for over 20 years.

Sandra’s principal jobs are to carry out accompanied viewings, quarterly inspections, checking tenants in and inspecting properties after tenants have moved out, including notifying utility companies and the council of the new tenant’s details. Sandra also ensures that inventories are done for new tenancies and that deposits are returned at the end of a tenancy.

Administrator

Porschia started working at BPL in August 2017, after living in Australia for the last five years. She had previously worked as a restaurant manager there. Her administration duties include marketing our properties, arranging viewings, rent reviews and inspections and following up maintenance issues.
